وَلَا تَنفَعُ ٱلشَّفَٰعَةُ عِندَهُۥٓ إِلَّا لِمَنۡ أَذِنَ لَهُۥۚ حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا فُزِّعَ عَن قُلُوبِهِمۡ قَالُواْ مَاذَا قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡۖ قَالُواْ ٱلۡحَقَّۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيُّ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ
And intercession does not benefit with Him except for one whom He permits. [And those wait] until, when terror is removed from their hearts, they will say [to one another], "What has your Lord said?" They will say, "The truth." And He is the Most High, the Grand
Every age has had many believers in the Hereafter, yet Satan has propagated such erroneous beliefs as have made the unbelievers fearless of the Hereafter. One of these is the false belief that certain beings enjoy such an elevated status before God that they can secure God’s pardon for others. Any such belief amounts to underestimating the powers of God. It is ridiculous that while these beings are themselves awe-struck by the majesty of God, they are expected by their adorers to use their influence for their salvation. Ironically, it is believed that this would suffice before God.
اگر چہ ہر دور میں بیشتر لوگ آخرت کو مانتے رہے ہیں۔ مگر ہر دور میں شیطان نے ایسے خود ساختہ عقیدے لوگوں کے درمیان رائج کردئے جنھوں نے ان کو آخرت کی پکڑ سے بے خوف کردیا۔ انھیں میں سے ایک یہ فرضی عقیدہ بھی ہے کہ بعض ہستیوں کو خدا کے یہاں اتنا مقام حاصل ہے کہ وہ اپنی سفارش سے جس کو چاہیں بخشوا سکتے ہیں۔
مگر اس قسم کا ہر عقیدہ خدا کی خدائی کا کمتر اندازہ ہے۔ یہ واقعہ بھی کیسا عجیب ہے کہ جن ہستیوں کا اپنا یہ حال ہے کہ خدا کی عظمت کے احساس نے انھیں سراسیمہ کررکھا ہے، ان کے بارے میں ان کے پرستاروں نے یہ سمجھ رکھا ہے کہ وہ خدا کے یہاں ان کی نجات کےلیے کافی ہوجائیں گے۔
