ک I had an opportunity to attend the International Conference on Glass Coating, ICCG8, held in Braunchweig, Germany, from 13th to18th June 2010. This is being held at an interval of every 2 years. With the grace of God I could use this conference for Dawah purpose. Dawah work started with the journey itself and continued till end of the journey. At the Mumbai Airport the dawah literatures in Marathi and English were given to persons at the airport and to my co-traveler. During the conference I carried with me the copies of The Quran (English Translation) and The Prophet of Peace and also the booklets The Reality of Life and Man Made Global Warming. I met people and after the professional discussions presented them with the above books. The people with whom I had some acquaintance before the Quran and The Prophet of Peace were given in the first meeting. I found this method of Dawah very helpful. Alhamdulillah I could reach highly qualified people during the conference such as Scientists, Directors, Lecturers, Research scholars and Professionals from various fields. This was a unique experience for me. Doing Dawah work in a new country among new people and in a new environment was a really unique experience. For some of them whom I could not give in person the books were posted before leaving Germany. All of the recipients accepted the books with appreciation. During the return journey I presented the books to my senior colleagues and to the airport officials. (Sajid Anwar, Roorki, Uttrakhand)
