وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ
But as for he who feared the position of his Lord and prevented the soul from [unlawful] inclination
Man is between two domains. One is the present world, which is before him, and the second is the world of the Hereafter, which is hidden from view. The real test of man is that he should prefer the Hereafter to the present world. But this can be done only by one who has the courage to exercise control over the base desires of the self and not behave arrogantly.
آدمی دو چیزوں کے درمیان ہے۔ ایک موجودہ دنیا جو سامنے ہے۔ اور دوسري آخرت کی دنیا جو غیب میں ہے۔ آدمی کا اصل امتحان یہ ہے کہ وہ موجودہ دنیا کے مقابلہ میں آخرت کو ترجیح دے۔ مگر یہ کام صرف وہی لوگ کرسکتے ہیں، جو اپنے نفس کی خواہشوں پر کنٹرول کرنے کا حوصلہ رکھتے ہوں۔
