وَمِنَ ٱلۡإِبِلِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِ وَمِنَ ٱلۡبَقَرِ ٱثۡنَيۡنِۗ قُلۡ ءَآلذَّكَرَيۡنِ حَرَّمَ أَمِ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِ أَمَّا ٱشۡتَمَلَتۡ عَلَيۡهِ أَرۡحَامُ ٱلۡأُنثَيَيۡنِۖ أَمۡ كُنتُمۡ شُهَدَآءَ إِذۡ وَصَّىٰكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِهَٰذَاۚ فَمَنۡ أَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبٗا لِّيُضِلَّ ٱلنَّاسَ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٍۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
And of the camels, two and of the cattle, two. Say, "Is it the two males He has forbidden or the two females or that which the wombs of the two females contain? Or were you witnesses when Allah charged you with this? Then who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah to mislead the people by [something] other than knowledge? Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people
By nature, there is in man the consciousness of God and the realisation of what is permitted and what is forbidden. Man, in pursuance of his internal urge, wants to make a Supreme Being his God and wants to distinguish between permitted and forbidden things. Satan knows this fact very well. He knows that if a man is allowed to go his own way under normal conditions, he will adopt the straight path of nature. So, in order to blunt man’s natural instinct, he introduces different types of false customs. In the name of God, he invents some imaginary gods. In the name of what is permitted and forbidden, he devises some baseless prohibition. In this way, Satan tries to entangle man in these imaginary matters, so that he should not arrive at the real truth, but stray from the right path; then, seeing himself apparently progressing, he should think that he is on the right path, even though it might be a crooked line and not the straight right path. Those who fall a victim to Satan’s misleading, are transgressors in the eyes of God. God had given them the understanding by which they could have differentiated between Truth and falsehood. But their prejudices warp their minds and, in spite of having the capacity to understand, they remain far removed from the truth.
عربوں میں گوشت اور دودھ وغیرہ کے ليے جو جانور پائے جاتے تھے ان میں سے چار زیادہ معروف تھے۔ بھیڑ بکری اور اونٹ گائے۔ ان کے بارے میں انھوں نے طرح طرح کے تحریمی قاعدے بناليے تھے۔ مگر ان تحریمی قاعدوں کے پیچھے اپنے مشرکانہ رواجوں کے سوا کوئی دلیل ان کے پاس نہ تھی۔ بھیڑ اور بکری اور اونٹ اور گائے، خواہ نر ہوں یا مادہ، عقلی طورپر کوئی سبب حرمت ان کے اندر موجود نہیں ہے، ان کا تمام کا تمام گوشت انسان کی بہترین غذا ہے۔ ان میں کوئی ایسی ناپاک عادت بھی نہیں جو ان کے بارے میں انسانی طبیعت میں کراہت پیدا کرتی ہو۔ آسمان سے اترے ہوئے علم میں بھی ان کی حرمت کا ذکر نہیں۔
پھر کیوں ایسا ہوتا ہے کہ ان حیوانات کے بارے میں لوگوں کے اندر طرح طرح کے تحریمی قاعدے بن جاتے ہیں۔ اس کی وجہ شیطانی ترغیبات ہیں۔ انسان کے اندر فطری طورپر خدا کا شعور اور حر ام وحلال کا احساس موجود ہے۔ آدمی اپنے اندرونی تقاضے کے تحت کسی ہستی کو اپنا خدا بنانا چاہتا ہے اور چیزوں میں جائز ناجائز کا فرق کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ شیطان اس حقیقت کو خوب جانتا ہے۔ وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ انسان کو اگر سادہ حالات میں عمل کرنے کا موقع ملا تو وہ فطرت کے صحیح راستہ کو پکڑ لے گا۔ اس ليے وہ فطرتِ انسانی کو کند کرنے کے لیے طرح طرح کے غلط رواج قائم کرتاہے۔ وہ خدا کے نام پر کچھ فرضی خدا گھڑتا ہے۔ وہ حرام وحلال کے نام پر کچھ بے بنیاد محرمات وضع کرتاہے۔ اس طرح شیطان یہ کوشش کرتا ہے کہ آدمی انھیں فرضي چیزوں میں الجھ کر رہ جائے اور اصلی سچائی تک نہ پہنچے۔ وہ سیدھے راستے سے بھٹک چکا ہو۔ مگر بظاہر اپنے کو چلتا ہوا دیکھ کر یہ سمجھے کہ میں ’’راستہ‘‘ پر ہوں۔ حالاں کہ وہ ایک ٹیڑھی لکیر ہو، نہ کہ سیدھا راستہ۔
جو لوگ اس طرح شیطانی بہکاوے کا شکار ہوں وہ خدا کی نظر میں ظالم ہیں۔ ان کو خدا نے سمجھ دی تھی جس سے وہ حق وباطل میں تمیز کرسکتے تھے۔ مگر ان کے تعصبات ان کے لیے پردہ بن گئے۔ سمجھنے کی صلاحیت رکھنے کے باوجود وه سمجھنے سے دور رہے۔
