لَّقَدۡ كُنتَ فِي غَفۡلَةٖ مِّنۡ هَٰذَا فَكَشَفۡنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمَ حَدِيدٞ
[It will be said], "You were certainly in unmindfulness of this, and We have removed from you your cover, so your sight, this Day, is sharp
A picture of death and Doomsday thereafter has been drawn in these verses. It shows what will happen to those who, finding themselves free in this world, became arrogant. This pictorial description is so terrible as to cause extreme unease in the minds of all living beings.
ان آیات میں موت اور اس کے بعد قیامت کا منظر کھینچا گیا ہے۔ بتایا گیا ہے کہ وہاں ان لوگوں پر کیا بیتے گی جو موجودہ امتحان کی دنیا میں اپنے کو آزاد پا کر سرکش بنے ہوئے تھے۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ منظر کشی اتنی بھیانک ہے کہ زندہ آدمی کو تڑپا دینے کے لیے کافی ہے۔
