ثُمَّ صُبُّواْ فَوۡقَ رَأۡسِهِۦ مِنۡ عَذَابِ ٱلۡحَمِيمِ
Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water
The picture of Hell painted by the Quran here and at other places is sufficient to shake every man who is serious about his future; it will make him rush towards the path of Paradise and away from the path of Hell. But those who are not serious about the Truth, who pay heed only to their own desires and who do not feel the necessity to consider the world of realities which lies outside their ambitions, will hear this and simply ignore it. For such people, these words will be like water running over a rock without a single drop penetrating its surface.
يهاں اور دوسرے مقامات پر جهنم كي جو تصوير قرآن ميں پيش كي گئي هے وه هر زنده شخص كو تڑپا دينے كے لیے كافي هے۔ جو شخص بھي اپنے مستقبل كے بارے ميں سنجيده هو ا س كو يه الفاظ هلاكر ركھ ديں گے۔ وه جهنمي راستے كو چھوڑ كر جنتي راستے كي طرف دوڑ پڑے گا۔
مگر جو لوگ حقيقتوں كے بارے ميں سنجيده نه هوں، جو صرف اپني خواهشات كو جانتے هوں اور ان كي اپني خواهشات كے باهر حقائق كي جو دنيا هے اس كے بارے ميں وه غور كرنے كي ضرورت محسوس نه كرتےهوں، وه اس خبر كو سنيں گے اور اس كو نظر انداز كرديں گے۔ ايسے لوگوں كے ليےيه الفاظ ايسے هي هيں جيسے پتھر پر پاني ڈالا جائے اور وه اس كے اندرون كو تركيے بغير بهه جائے۔
