وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ فَٱخۡتُلِفَ فِيهِۚ وَلَوۡلَا كَلِمَةٞ سَبَقَتۡ مِن رَّبِّكَ لَقُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ وَإِنَّهُمۡ لَفِي شَكّٖ مِّنۡهُ مُرِيبٖ
And We had already given Moses the Scripture, but it came under disagreement. And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, it would have been concluded between them. And indeed they are, concerning the Qur'an, in disquieting doubt
When the Truth was revealed through previous prophets, some people accepted it while others did not. The same thing happened when the last of the prophets was raised. Why does man give the Truth such indifferent treatment? The reason for this is the existence of the present conditions for man’s trial. In the present world of trial, whenever Truth appears, a veil is attached to it which screens it from human vision. This veil, which was required to be torn asunder, is then turned into a source of doubt. But this doubt cannot be an excuse for anybody on the Day of Judgement, because it proves that man was not serious about the issue of Truth. Man is perfectly serious in the matter of his worldly interests and therefore he tears down all the veils and discovers the reality. Similarly, if he were to become serious about his ‘other-worldly’ interests, he would pull down all the veils of doubt and see reality as it actually is.
پچھلے پيغمبروں كے ذريعه جب خدائي سچائي منكشف كي گئي تو كچھ لوگوں نے اس کو مانا اور کچھ لوگوں نے نهيں مانا۔ يهي معامله اس وقت بھي پيش آيا جب كه پيغمبر آخر الزماں كي بعثت هوئي۔
خدائي سچائي كے ساتھ يه اختلافي معامله انسان كيوں كرتا هے۔ اس كي وجه موجوده امتحاني حالت هے۔ موجوده امتحان كي دنيا ميں سچائي جب بھي ظاهر هوتي هے تو اس كے ساتھ ايك پرده بھي لگا رهتا هے۔ لوگ اسي پرده ميں اٹك كر ره جاتے هيں۔ جس پرده كو انھيں پھاڑناتھا اس كو وه اپنے ليے شك و شبه كا سبب بنا ليتے هيں۔
مگر يه شك قيامت ميں كسي كے لیے عذر نهيں بن سكتا۔ كيونكه يه صرف اس بات كا ثبوت هے كه انسان حق كے معامله ميں سنجيده نهيں تھا۔ انسان اپنے دنيا كے مفاد كے معامله ميں پوري طرح سنجيده هوتا هے۔ اس ليے وه تمام پردوں كو پھاڑ كر اس كي حقيقت تك پهنچ جاتا هے۔ اسي طرح اگر وه اپنے آخرت كے مفاد كے بارے ميں سنجيده هوجائے تو وه شك كے تمام پردوں كو پھاڑ كر حقيقت كو اس كي بے نقاب صورت ميں ديكھ لے۔
