لَهُم مِّن فَوۡقِهِمۡ ظُلَلٞ مِّنَ ٱلنَّارِ وَمِن تَحۡتِهِمۡ ظُلَلٞۚ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ ٱللَّهُ بِهِۦ عِبَادَهُۥۚ يَٰعِبَادِ فَٱتَّقُونِ
They will have canopies of fire above them and below them, canopies. By that Allah threatens His servants. O My servants, then fear Me
The real call of the prophet yearns to make man discover and worship the one and only God, leaving aside the worship of everything else. A prophet pursues the dawah mission as a matter of personal concern. Not only does he guide his fellow-men but establishes an example by adopting the right path himself. This nature of a prophet’s work, indicates the nature of a dayee’s work. The messenger of truth is one for whom the Truth becomes his personal problem. His call of Truth is the spontaneous expression of his inner experience and not merely a superficial call.
پیغمبر کی اصل دعوت یہ ہوتی ہے کہ لوگ صرف ایک خدا کے پرستار بنیں۔ اس کے سوا دوسری تمام چیزوں کی پرستاری چھوڑدیں۔ پیغمبر کےلیے یہ معروف معنوں میں صرف قیادتی مسئلہ نہیں ہوتا بلکہ وہ اس کا ذاتی مسئلہ ہوتا ہے۔ اس ليے وہ سب سے پہلے خود اس پر قائم ہوتاہے۔ پیغمبر کو یقین ہوتا ہے کہ آدمی کے نفع اور نقصان کا اصل فیصلہ آخرت میں ہونے والا ہے۔ اس ليے وہ خود اپنی زندگی کو آخرت کی راہ میں لگاتا ہے اور دوسروں کو اس کی طرف لگنے کی دعوت دیتا ہے۔
پیغمبر کے کام کی یہ نوعیت داعی کے کام کی نوعیت کو بتا رہی ہے۔ حق کا داعی وہی شخص ہے جس کےلیے حق اس کا ذاتی مسئلہ بن جائے۔ جس کی دعوت اس کی اندرونی حالت کا ایک بے تابانہ اظہار ہو، نہ کہ لاؤڈاسپیکر کی طرح صرف ایک خارجی پکار۔
