أَتَّخَذۡنَٰهُمۡ سِخۡرِيًّا أَمۡ زَاغَتۡ عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرُ
Is it [because] we took them in ridicule, or has [our] vision turned away from them
When the people who rejected the truth see their miserable lot in the Hereafter, they will remember those who had taken the side of the Truth and as such had come to be regarded as inferior in their society. The rejectors of the truth used to say of the supporters of truth that the latter disrespected the great ones; that they had deviated from their ancestral religion and had made their own path separate from that of the community.These rejectors of the truth had considered themselves to be on the right path. But in the Hereafter, the tables will be turned. At that time it will be clear to them that those whom they looked at with contempt and ridiculed, are the very people who are now enjoying the foremost position of success.
جہنم ان تکلیفوں کی ابدی اورانتہائی شکل ہے جن کا موجودہ دنیا میں کوئی شخص تصور کرسکتاہے۔ دنیا میں سرکشی کرنے والے اور سچائی کو جھٹلانے والے لوگ جب جہنم میں اكٹھاہوں گے تو ان کے لیڈر اور پیرو كار آپس میں تکرار کریں گے۔ وہ پیرو كار جو اپنے لیڈروں کی عظمت پر فخر کرتے تھے وہ وہاں اپنا انجام دیکھ کر ان پر لعنت بھیجیں گے۔ اس کا ایک نقشہ ان آیات میں دکھایا گیا ہے۔
سچائی کا انکار کرنے والے جب آخرت میں اپنا برا انجام دیکھیں گے تو وہاں وہ ان لوگوں کو یاد کریں گے جنھوں نے سچائی کا ساتھ دیا تھا اور اس بنا پر وہ اپنے ماحول میں حقیر بن گئے تھے۔ ان کے متعلق منکرین کہتے تھے کہ یہ اکابر کی توہین کرنے والے ہیں۔ یہ آبائی دین سے منحرف ہوگئے ہیں۔ انھوںنے ملت سے الگ اپنا راستہ بنایا ہے۔یہ منکرین اپنے آپ کو حق پر سمجھتے تھے اور ان کو ناحق پر۔ مگر آخرت میں معاملہ بالکل برعکس ہوجائے گا۔ اس وقت ان پر کھلے گا کہ جن کو حقیر سمجھ کر وہ ان کا مذاق اڑاتے تھے، وہی آخرت کی سرفرازی میں سب سے آگے درجہ پائے ہوئے ہیں۔
