أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءٗ فَأَخۡرَجۡنَا بِهِۦ ثَمَرَٰتٖ مُّخۡتَلِفًا أَلۡوَٰنُهَاۚ وَمِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ جُدَدُۢ بِيضٞ وَحُمۡرٞ مُّخۡتَلِفٌ أَلۡوَٰنُهَا وَغَرَابِيبُ سُودٞ
Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby fruits of varying colors? And in the mountains are tracts, white and red of varying shades and [some] extremely black
The same rain cycle causes rain everywhere in the world but it causes different types of things to grow—useful plants as well as wild bushes. Similarly, there exist varied fauna; while man domesticates some and put them to use, others remain wild. God showers His blessings to all His creations without any discrimination, but in the case of man, the advantage taken depends upon individual capacity. The grace of God which presents itself in the form of the call for Truth is available to all, but its impact on different people varies, depending upon individual temperaments. Some find in it nourishment for the spirit and therefore, immediately accept the Truth and associate themselves with it. However, the mindset of others may present an impediment to their acceptance of the Truth, they may refuse to submit to it. Some even go to the extent of taking a stand against it. One who finds the call for Truth to be in consonance with the inner voice of his heart, is truly a man of knowledge; the natural Divine light of God was aflame in his heart, and that is why he recognized the Truth the moment it appeared. Unlike him, there are those who, out of ignorance, have hidden their natural divine light behind a screen and so fail to recognize the Truth when it reveals itself to them.
بادل سے ایک ہی پانی برستاہے مگر اس سے مختلف قسم کی چیزیں اگتی ہیں۔ اچھے درخت بھی اور جھاڑ جھنکاڑ بھی۔ اسی طرح ایک ہی مادہ ہے جو پہاڑوں کی صورت میں منجمد ہوتاہے مگر ان میں کچھ سرخ وسفید ہیں اور کچھ بالکل کالے۔ اسی طرح جاندار بھی سب ایک غذا کھاتے ہیں۔ مگر ان میں سے کوئی انسان کےلیے کار آمد ہے اور کوئی بے کار۔
اس سے معلوم ہوا کہ فیض خواہ عام ہو مگر اس سے فائدہ ہر ایک کو اس کی اپنی استعداد کے مطابق پہنچتا ہے۔ یہی معاملہ انسان کا بھی ہے۔ دعوتِ حق کی صورت میں خدا کی جو رحمت بکھیری جاتی ہے وہ اگرچہ بذات خود ایک ہوتی ہے مگر مختلف انسان اپنے اندرونی مزاج کے مطابق اس سے مختلف قسم کا تاثر قبول کرتے ہیں۔ کوئی شخص حق کی دعوت میں اپنی روح کی غذا پالیتاہے۔ وہ فوراً اس کو قبول کرکے اپنے آپ کو اس سے وابستہ کردیتاہے اور کسی کی نفسیات اس کےلیے حق کو ماننے میں رکاوٹ بن جاتی ہے۔ وہ اس سے بدکتاہے، حتی کہ اس کا مخالف بن کر کھڑا ہوجاتاہے۔
حق کی دعوت جس شخص کےلیے اس کے دل کی آواز ثابت ہو وہی علم والا انسان ہے۔ اس کے اندر فطرت کی خدائی روشنی زندہ تھی ۔ اس ليے اس نے حق کے ظاہر ہوتے ہی اس کو پہچان لیا۔ اس کے مقابلہ میں وہ لوگ جاہل ہیں جو اپنی فطرت کی روشنی پر پردہ ڈالے ہوئے ہوں اور جب حق ان کے سامنے بے نقاب ہو تو اس کو پہچاننے میں ناکام رہیں۔
