إِنَّ ٱلَّذِي فَرَضَ عَلَيۡكَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ لَرَآدُّكَ إِلَىٰ مَعَادٖۚ قُل رَّبِّيٓ أَعۡلَمُ مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَمَنۡ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ مُّبِينٖ
Indeed, [O Muhammad], He who imposed upon you the Qur'an will take you back to a place of return. Say, "My Lord is most knowing of who brings guidance and who is in clear error
The Prophet’s cause is in every way God’s cause. Prophethood is voluntarily given to him by God without any request on his part. Throughout his entire existence he remains steadfast in adhering to the Truth. He is appointed to announce the plain, unvarnished Truth, even if it is unpleasant to people. He is destined to reach his appointed goal and no impediment shall bar his path. After the Prophet, the same will hold true for those who rise, in conformity with the Prophet, as missionaries of Truth. To the extent that they resemble the Prophet in conduct, they will go on being entitled to succour promised by God to His prophets in His Book.
پیغمبر کا معاملہ ہر اعتبار سے خدائی معاملہ ہوتاہے۔ اس کو پیغمبری کسی طلب کے بغیر یک طرفہ طور پر خدا کی طرف سے دی جاتی ہے۔ وہ اپنے پورے وجود کے ساتھ حق پر قائم ہوتا ہے۔ وہ مامور ہوتاہے کہ خالص بے آمیز صداقت کا اعلان کرے، خواہ وہ لوگوں کو کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو۔ اس کےلیے مقدر ہوتاہے کہ وہ لازمی طورپر اپنی مطلوبہ منزل تک پہنچے اور کوئی رکاوٹ اس کےلیے رکاوٹ نہ بننے پائے۔
یہی معاملہ پیغمبر کے بعد پیغمبر کی پیروی میں اٹھنے والے داعی کا ہوتاہے۔ وہ جس حد تک پیغمبر کی مشابہت کرے گا اسی قدر وہ خدا کے ان وعدوں کا مستحق ہوتا چلا جائے گا جو اس نے اپنے پیغمبروں سے اپنی کتاب میں کيے ہیں۔
