قَالَ سَنَشُدُّ عَضُدَكَ بِأَخِيكَ وَنَجۡعَلُ لَكُمَا سُلۡطَٰنٗا فَلَا يَصِلُونَ إِلَيۡكُمَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآۚ أَنتُمَا وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكُمَا ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ
[Allah] said, "We will strengthen your arm through your brother and grant you both supremacy so they will not reach you. [It will be] through Our signs; you and those who follow you will be the predominant
When God appoints somebody as His missionary, He provides him with all that is essential for the performance of the task. Similarly, provision was made for Moses according to his special circumstances. By way of authority for his appointment, he was blessed with the ability to perform certain miracles and he was to be aided by his brother. Moses was endowed with an impressive personality so that Pharaoh’s community may not dare to mishandle him. And it was ordained by God that Moses and his companions should finally be supreme.
خدا جب کسی کو اپنی دعوت کے کام پر مامور کرتا ہے تو لازمی طورپر اس کو وہ تمام اسباب بھی دیتاہے جو کارِ دعوت کی مؤثر ادائیگی کے ليے ضروری ہیں۔ چنانچہ حضرت موسیٰ کو ان کے حالات کے لحاظ سے متعدد چیزیں دی گئیں۔ آپ کو ماموریت کی سند کے طورپر خارقِ عادت معجزے عطا کيے گئے۔ آپ کو مدد گار دیا گیا جو اعلان حق کے کام میں آپ کا معاون ہو۔ آپ کو شخصی ہیبت دی گئی تاکہ فرعون کی قوم آپ پر ہاتھ ڈالنے کی جرأت نہ کرے۔ خداکی طرف سے یہ مقدر کردیا گیا کہ حضرت موسیٰ اور آپ کے ساتھیوں (بنی اسرائیل) ہی کو آخری غلبہ حاصل ہو۔
