وَقُلِ ٱلۡحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمۡۖ فَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيُؤۡمِن وَمَن شَآءَ فَلۡيَكۡفُرۡۚ إِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ نَارًا أَحَاطَ بِهِمۡ سُرَادِقُهَاۚ وَإِن يَسۡتَغِيثُواْ يُغَاثُواْ بِمَآءٖ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ يَشۡوِي ٱلۡوُجُوهَۚ بِئۡسَ ٱلشَّرَابُ وَسَآءَتۡ مُرۡتَفَقًا
And say, "The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let him disbelieve." Indeed, We have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire whose walls will surround them. And if they call for relief, they will be relieved with water like murky oil, which scalds [their] faces. Wretched is the drink, and evil is the resting place
The truth which comes from God is the absolute truth. It cannot, therefore, be altered to suit personal vagaries. The amendment of God’s truth amounts to changing those standards on the basis of which tests will be undertaken and every person’s position will be determined. Those who want God’s truth to be altered with a view to legitimizing their behaviour, are actually adding insolence to misbehaviour. Such people should expect nothing but the severest punishment.
جو حق خدا کی طرف سے آتا ہے وہ آخری حد تک صداقت ہوتا ہے۔ اس لیے لوگوں کی رعایت سے اس میں کسی قسم کی ترمیم نہیں کی جاسکتی۔ خدائی حق میں ترمیم کرنا گویا اس معیار کو تبدیل کرنا ہے۔جس پر جانچ کر ہر شخص کی حیثیت متعین کی جانے والی ہے۔
جو لوگ یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ خدائی حق میں ایسی ترمیم کی جائے کہ اس سے ان کی غلط روش کا جواز نکل آئے وہ گمراہی پر سرکشی کا اضافہ کررہے ہیں۔ ایسے لوگوں کو اپنے لیے صرف سخت ترین سزا کا انتظار کرنا چاہيے۔
