وَإِن كَادُواْ لَيَسۡتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُخۡرِجُوكَ مِنۡهَاۖ وَإِذٗا لَّا يَلۡبَثُونَ خِلَٰفَكَ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا
And indeed, they were about to drive you from the land to evict you therefrom. And then [when they do], they will not remain [there] after you, except for a little
Whenever a preacher of truth, who represents a religion free of human interpolation, calls upon the people to the true religion, he has to face the obstructive attitude of those already in possession of hallowed religious seats. Such a preacher is all alone, without any powerful supports, unlike those occupying high religious positions. This difference results in misunderstanding, so that those in power come to regard the preacher as a totally worthless person. They even go to the extent of wanting to expel him from their town or city. Such people tend to forget that this earth has been created by God. Therefore, trying to harm the preacher of truth amounts to proving themselves sinners in God’s eyes. Moreover, expelling God’s preacher from any human settlement is the equivalent of expelling a representative of the government of the time. Such an expulsion serves only to condemn the expeller. Whenever a man wants to belittle another, it is he himself who is belittled in the eyes of the Lord of the world. For it is the Lord who has the actual power to elevate His creatures in status or lay them low.
جب بھی کسی گروہ میں سچے دین کی دعوت اٹھتی ہے تو صورت حال یہ ہوتی ہے کہ ایک طرف وہ لوگ ہوتے ہیں جو مذہب کے نام پر قائم شدہ گدیوں کے مالک ہوتے ہیں۔ دوسری طرف حق کا داعی ہوتاہے جو بے آمیز دین کا نمائندہ ہونے کی وجہ سے وقت کے ماحول میں تنہا اور بے زور دکھائی دیتاہے۔ یہ فرق لوگوں کو غلط فہمی میں ڈال دیتاہے۔ وہ داعی حق کو بالکل بے قیمت سمجھ لیتے ہیں۔ حتی کہ یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ اس کو اپنی بستی سے نکال دیں۔
ایسے لوگ بھول جاتے ہیں کہ یہ زمین خدا کی زمین ہے۔ یہاں کسی بندۂ خدا کے خلاف تخریب کا منصوبہ بنانا خود اپنے آپ کو خدا کی نظر میں مجرم ثابت کرنا ہے۔ خدا کے داعی کو کسی بستی سے نکالنا ایسا ہی ہے جیسے کسی شہر سے اس شخص کو نکال دیا جائے جس کو وہاں حکومتِ وقت کے نمائندہ کی حیثیت حاصل ہو۔ ایسے شخص کو بستی میں نہ رہنے دینے کا نتیجہ بالآخر یہ ہوتاہے کہ بستی والے خود وہاں نہ رہنے پائیں۔
آدمی دوسرے کو نکالتاہے حالاں کہ وہ خود اپنے آپ کو نکال رہا ہوتاہے۔ آدمی دوسرے کو چھوٹا کرنا چاہتاہے حالاں کہ وہ خود اپنے آپ کو اس مالک حقیقی کی نظر میں چھوٹا کررہا ہوتاہے، جس کو حقیقۃً یہ اختیار ہے کہ وہ جس کو چاہے چھوٹا کرے اور جس کو چاہے بڑا کرے۔
